The Smithsonian Institution is issuing an RFP for the design‑build construction of Phase 2 – the Habitats & Animal Care Building of the Arabian Leopard Facility at the National Zoological Park in Washington, DC. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price award exceeding $10 million and will be performed by one of three pre‑qualified firms.
