The City of Spokane is seeking a qualified contractor to design and construct a new ≈ 0.8‑acre dog‑park (Paw Park) within Riverfront Park. The scope includes complete demolition of existing surface, grading, drainage improvements, installation of a concrete plaza, new fencing, synthetic turf (SYNLawn Pet Premium), irrigation upgrades, a drinking fountain, fixtures, furnishings, and landscaping.
