Description
The U.S. Department of State is conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of delivering a full design‑build, operation, and de‑construction of the United States Pavilion at Expo 2030 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The effort includes architectural design, interior exhibition fit‑out, onsite construction, staffing, security coordination, logistics, and final removal of the temporary structure. Responses are purely informational; no contract award is imminent and no payment will be made for the RFI. This opportunity is ideal for firms with experience in large‑scale exhibition projects, temporary building construction, and international project delivery.
• Full lifecycle scope: design, construction, operation during the Expo (Oct–Mar), and dismantling/removal.
• Physical constraints: 5,368 m² plot, up to 8,052 m² floor area, maximum building height 20 m (per narrative) and height limit of 1.5 m per plot drawing (requires verification).
• Estimated total project cost: US $55–$65 million; the RFI seeks capability, past performance, and financial capacity evidence.
