Wise Pole Barn

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for the construction of a Wise Pole Barn. The project includes the furnishing of all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. Bidders must submit their proposals in accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work and BWL's Standard Terms and Conditions. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected bidder. The evaluation of proposals will consider factors such as responsiveness, price, time of completion, and financial stability. • The proposal must include all cost provisions of the complete Scope of Work and all requirements under the RFP. • The bidder must visit the site and specific areas where the work will be performed. • The bidder must assess and determine the availability of necessary labor and materials. • The bidder must comply with the BWL's Safety Manual, unless excepted in the proposal and accepted by the BWL.
