Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a budget and financial planning software solution for the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The solution must be a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) designed specifically for VA accounting structures and compatible with legacy systems such as IFCAP and VistA. The primary objective is to strengthen the annual budget formulation process, enhance real-time monitoring of execution, and sustain long-term financial planning capabilities. The scope of work includes a base period and four option periods, with core services including a web-based SAAS financial and budget planning system, VA-aligned financial reporting tools, on-demand and annual training, and ongoing system support and updates.
