The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is seeking new, FAA‑approved spare parts for the pilot, co‑pilot, and mechanic seats of its MH‑65E helicopters. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price indefinite‑delivery‑requirements contract with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year options (maximum five‑year duration). BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. is the original equipment manufacturer and sole authorized North‑American distributor; therefore the solicitation is conducted as a sole‑source RFQ. Interested vendors must provide full traceability to the OEM, a Certificate of Conformance for each part, and must supply only brand‑new, airworthy components. • Scope: Headrest cushions, roller bearings, springs, guide‑tube assemblies, cable assemblies, brackets, and related seat‑system components for the MH‑65E. • Requirements: All parts must be new, FAA‑certified, traceable to the OEM (maximum two exchanges), and accompanied by a COC per FAR 52.246‑15.
