The Government Publishing Office seeks an offset printer to produce a high‑volume, tri‑fold brochure (RPI 116 Chaplain) for the U.S. Army. The work includes full‑color, heavy‑ink coverage printing on 80‑lb dull‑coated paper, application of a clear non‑yellowing coating, strict quality‑control sampling, and tight packaging and delivery requirements to Fort Knox, KY.
