Description
The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the construction of the Genesee Career Institute Pavement Replacement Phase II project. The project includes the replacement and reconfiguration of asphalt parking lots and drives, concrete curb, and concrete sidewalk. The principal items of work include 1,272 tons of HMA, 791 tons of HMA, 4,549 square yards of aggregate base, 9,698 square feet of sidewalk, and 3,432 feet of curb and gutter.
• The project requires a single prime contract.
• Bids will be received until March 26, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. local time.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on March 12, 2026, at 1 p.m. local time.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal.
