Notice of Intent to Sole Source NINJA SUSTAINMENT

This solicitation is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source a sustainment effort for the “Ninja” system, a proprietary technology originally developed under multiple SBIR phases (I‑III) for the Air Force Research Laboratory. Black River Systems Company, Inc., the original prime contractor, asserts full ownership and SBIR data rights to the system and its components, and will be the sole provider of parts and services. The effort will support continued operation, maintenance, and potential upgrades of the Ninja suite for the Air Force.
