The USDA‑ARS Northern Great Plains Agricultural Research Laboratory in Mandan, ND needs a contractor to replace the metal ribbed roofing panels on Building 1A (the “Bridge Conference” building). This is a total small‑business set‑aside RFQ for a firm‑fixed‑price contract. The work includes removal of existing panels, disposal, supply and installation of new metal roofing, and final inspection.
