Description
The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide sound enhancement with safety & intercom system services at three Springfield Public Schools: Samuel Bowles Elementary School, Mary O. Pottenger Elementary School, and Liberty Elementary School. The estimated values of the projects are $250,000.00, $125,000.00, and $250,000.00 respectively.
• The bids are due on May 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• A site visit is strongly encouraged for each school.
• All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before April 23, 2026, at 4:30 P.M.
• The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
• MA DLS Prevailing Wage rates apply.
