Description
The project involves the conversion of the Nut Hut's existing open floor plan to two enclosed offices with shared workspace, and replacement of the Office's existing drop ceiling with new wood joists and drywall, along with all related work. The project also includes optional bid items such as exterior concrete walkway, kitchenette remodel, interior door replacement, and moving furniture to allow for construction. The awarded contractor will be required to coordinate directly with the State's IT Contractor, JnL, on all work designated to be performed by them in the drawings.
• The project has a fixed timeline, with a question deadline on June 19, 2026, and a bid submission deadline on June 26, 2026.
