Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking to lease approximately 10,976 net square feet of office and warehouse space in the City of Chico, plus 35 parking spaces. The space must be asbestos‑free, meet California seismic, ADA and building code requirements, be near public transportation, and satisfy Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) guidelines. Preference will be given to properties with LEED or Energy Star certification where cost‑effective.
