Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call professional consultant services for planning, design, and engineering. The scope of services may include on-call planning, studies, analysis, public engagement, data collection/survey, and design services for multiple projects. The services will be delivered through various programs and funding sources.
The City is looking for firms with experience in traffic and transportation engineering, land development and planning engineering, civil engineering, municipal engineering, and highways, streets, airport pay-parking lots engineering.
Some key aspects of the opportunity include:
• The submission deadline is July 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
• A pre-submittal conference will be held on June 10, 2026, via WebEx.
• Respondents may submit written questions concerning the RFQ until June 17, 2026.
• The City has restrictions on communications, and respondents are prohibited from contacting City officials and employees regarding the RFQ or proposal until the contract is posted for consideration as an agenda item during a meeting designated as an A session.
