North Grove Park

The City of Waxahachie is seeking bids for the North Grove Park project, which includes amenities such as trails, covered bench seating, parking lot, pavilions, playground, restroom enclosure, landscape, irrigation, drinking fountain, site furnishings, and utility connections. The project requires all labor, material, and equipment, and the City prefers electronic submittals. The bid proposal should include a pricing table with unit costs and totals for each line item. • The project includes a variety of scope items, such as mobilization, temporary construction fence, demolition, site grading, stabilized decomposed granite, concrete sidewalks, and more. • The City has established government entity interlocal agreements and may allow other government entities to utilize this contract. • The City reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all submitted responses or any part thereof. • The contract awarded will not be assignable without the prior written consent of the City of Waxahachie.
