Replacement of Two 6,000-Gallon Bleach Tanks

The City of Clermont is seeking a qualified contractor to replace two 6,000-gallon bleach storage tanks at the Environmental Services Department. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing tanks, disposing of them, and installing new tanks, including all necessary piping, fittings, and equipment. The contractor must have experience with chemical storage tanks and bleach systems, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The project must be completed within 60 days of the issuance of the purchase order and/or notice to proceed. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable safety regulations, including OSHA and FDEP. • The contractor must obtain all necessary permits and approvals before commencing work. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and adhere to the City's insurance requirements. • The contractor must submit a completed Vendor Information form, W-9, and other required documentation.
