Description
The State of Maryland, through the State Highway Administration, is soliciting bids for tractor mowing services in Wicomico County. The contract will be for a one-year period with no option periods, and the approximate start date is May 1, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for performing three full cycles of tractor mowing of the listed areas in Wicomico County. • Utilizing their own employee labor and equipment (Tractor Flail Mowers)
• Registering with SDAT to conduct business in the State of Maryland
• Having 3 years’ experience with similar roadside tractor mowing, lawn maintenance or grounds keeping work
• Being a registered Small Business Reserve
• Providing "Attachment L Reference Checks" with one or more references filled out
The bid will be evaluated based on the total bid price, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the most favorable bid price.
