Project description: renovation of existing 21,500 sf of auction storage space for Sheriff’s Evidence storage. The scope of work includes demolition, construction, mech, electrical, telecommunication, plumbing, sprinkler, and general cleaning.
GC Scopes of work: selective demolition, asbestos abatement, misc. hazardous & special wastes, PCB handling and disposal, maintenance of concrete, concrete forming and accessories, concrete reinforcing, cast in place concrete, masonry cleaning, concrete unit masonry, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, metal stairs, rough carpentry, plastic laminate faced architectural cabinets, thermal insulation, penetration firestopping, joint sealants, door hardware schedule, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead coiling doors, transaction window, door hardware, glazing, nonstructural metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceiling, exterior painting, interior painting, decorative broadcast epoxy flooring system, signage (by owner), wire mesh partitions, wall and door protection, toilet accessories, plastic laminate clad countertops, site clearing, earthmoving, asphalt paving, bollards.
Owner will award separate contracts for furnishing and equipment, flooring, access control hardware and programming.
