U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command Reagan Test Site (RTS) Operations, Sustainment, Improvement, and Engineering (ROSIE) Follow-On Requirements – RFI Special Notice

The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) is seeking information for the Reagan Test Site (RTS) Operations, Sustainment, Improvement, and Engineering (ROSIE) follow-on requirements. The ROSIE contract will provide support for the RTS, including operations, sustainment, improvement, and engineering services. The contract will also include support for test missions, range instrumentation, and other related services. The Government is seeking feedback from industry on the draft performance work statement (PWS) and other aspects of the acquisition. • The ROSIE contract will be a follow-on to the current contract and will include a transition period. • The contract will require the contractor to provide support for test missions, range instrumentation, and other related services. • The Government is seeking feedback from industry on the draft PWS and other aspects of the acquisition. • The ROSIE contract will include a requirement for the contractor to provide an 8-hour recall for non-active metric sensors. • The contract will also include a requirement for the contractor to provide support for range services, including logistics supply chain touch points and processes. • The Government is considering capturing information on the current lifecycle phase or status of major systems, assets, and facilities in the final ROSIE requirement.
