Description
The Florida Forest Service is seeking qualified vendors to enter into up to ten fixed‑rate Term Agreements per service level in each of its regions to provide statewide wildfire mitigation. Services include forestry mowing, mulching, mastication, vegetation grinding, tree removal, land preparation, and related activities. Vendors will be paid a maximum unit price per acre for a three‑year initial term (with optional renewals) and must supply all labor, equipment, permits, and disposal. Performance is measured by timely completion, proper mulch distribution, site clean‑up, and adherence to environmental protections; non‑compliance incurs financial deductions. The contract is awarded on a competitive bid basis, with up to ten agreements per service level per region.
