Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the purchase of navy sweat suits, including unisex sweatshirts and sweatpants, made of 50/50 cotton/poly blend. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the products to the City's specified location. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept bids from more than one seller.
• The products must be delivered FOB Destination Point.
• The seller must quote all items specified in the bid solicitation.
• The seller must provide a complete description of any alternate products offered.
• The City is exempt from the payment of any federal excise or transportation taxes and any Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax.
• The seller shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, costs, claims, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses.
• The seller shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, ordinances, executive orders, rules, and regulations of any governmental body.
