The Defense Health Agency is conducting market research (RFI) to identify sources capable of delivering a fully integrated, multi‑modality Transfusion‑Transmitted Disease testing solution for the Armed Services Blood Bank Center‑Europe at LRMC, Germany. The requirement includes supply, installation, validation, training, ongoing maintenance, software support, upgrades, and reagent/consumable support for three testing platforms (immunohematology, serology, and nucleic acid testing). The solution must be FDA‑CBER cleared, preferably dual‑marked (FDA + CE), able to operate on German power (230 V / 50 Hz) without a transformer, and fit within a 585 sq ft basement laboratory. The government is open to both lease and purchase arrangements and seeks information on power, water, footprint, environmental compatibility, network integration, and in‑country support.
