Description
This solicitation seeks a single, portable LED display system (23 ft × 13 ft) mounted on a trailer to support large‑audience events at Edwards Air Force Base. The award will be based on comparative evaluation (best‑value) and the government may award any or all CLINs depending on fund availability. The contractor must provide the trailer, LED screen, warranties (36 months for trailer, 24 months for screen), and delivery costs, with performance required within 240 days of order receipt. Compliance with CMMC Level 1 and numerous DoD clauses is mandatory.
