On-Call Geotechnical Engineering and Materials Testing Services

The City of Hesperia is seeking qualified professional firms to provide on-call geotechnical engineering and materials testing services for a period of three years, with the option to extend for two additional years. The selected firms will provide services as needed for various engineering design and construction projects throughout the city. The scope of work includes geotechnical investigations, materials testing, and other related services. The city intends to award contracts to multiple firms that meet the qualification criteria. • The City of Hesperia is located in the High Desert area of San Bernardino County. • The Engineering Division is responsible for planning, design, and managing the construction and delivery of capital projects. • The city has a population of roughly 103,000 residents and encompasses approximately 75 square miles. • The successful firms will be required to enter into a contract with the City for the services requested in this RFQ within a reasonable time after award. • The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend for two additional years. • The city will seek cost proposals for individual projects from consultants with an executed Professional Services Agreement (PSA). • The city will issue task orders and/or purchase orders with a not to exceed cost for each project.
