The City of Reno is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the full‑corridor rehabilitation of three streets (7th St, 8th St, and Record St) in the University East area. The contract includes complete removal and replacement of pavement, curb‑and‑gutter, sidewalks, utility trenching and conduit, storm‑drain upgrades, traffic‑control devices, speed‑calming measures, and associated drainage and landscaping work. The bid set contains detailed civil, structural, and utility drawings, and an alternative bid package for utility‑only work.
