Description
The Department of Revenue is seeking a Child Support Program office space in Tampa, Florida, with a minimum of 21,328 square feet and a maximum of 23,574 square feet. The lease term is 10 years with the option for 10 one-year renewals. The selected offeror will be responsible for all design and construction costs, including tenant improvements. The agency is looking for a full-service (gross) or turn-key rental rate. The selected offeror must comply with all specifications outlined in the ITN, including security requirements and communication during design and construction.

• Providing a breakdown of the budgeted Tenant Improvement (TI) costs
• Designing a space that best meets the Department’s needs
• Complying with all specifications outlined in the ITN, including security requirements
• Providing a detailed TI breakdown when submitting Best and Final Offers
• Ensuring that all changes during the design/construction phase are approved by the programs and DOR Facilities office
