Description
The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids for pavement repair services under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The scope of work includes repair, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of city streets and related roadway infrastructure. The total construction volume is estimated to be $1,000,000.00 annually.
• The contract will be executed using multiple IDIQ Work Orders as necessary.
• Bidders must submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the City's estimated annual expenditure.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held on August 18, 2026.
• Sealed bids must be received by September 10, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.
