The California Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to install and repair a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system at the Vidal Maintenance Station in San Bernardino County. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and incidentals to complete the installation of approximately 3,350 sq ft of TPO membrane, associated flashings, gutters, and related roofing components, and to perform repair services as needed. The work includes pre‑job coordination, compliance with state fire‑marshal permits, strict safety and environmental standards, and a 5‑year workmanship warranty. The contract is limited to small‑business, micro‑business, or DVBE entities and is valued up to $484,000.
