Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified professional company to manage, provide, and supervise all rigging services for events at the Alamodome on an annual basis. The contractor will be responsible for planning, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, staffing, and on‑site coordination to ensure high‑quality, efficient service for the Convention & Sports Facilities Department. This is a managed‑service contract rather than a simple equipment rental, requiring ongoing oversight throughout the year.
• Provide stage rigging, track systems, and related equipment for all Alamodome events.
• Manage and supervise rigging crews, ensuring safety standards and city regulations are met.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and inventory control of rigging assets.
• Coordinate with the Convention & Sports Facilities Department on event schedules, set‑ups, and tear‑downs.
