The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a commercial printer to produce 100,000 four‑panel, roll‑fold brochures (15 × 8½ in. trim, 3¾ × 8½ in. folded) on JCP Specification L50 white matte‑coated cover stock with a satin‑finish aqueous coating on both sides. The work includes pre‑press preparation, proofing (press‑quality PDF soft proof, two digital color proofs, and two high‑resolution composite proofs), paper‑stock sample submission, printing, coating, roll‑fold binding, packaging into cartons (100 copies per carton for central warehouse, 50 per carton for recruiting sites), labeling with UPC bar‑code labels, palletizing, and nationwide delivery to a central warehouse in Menomonee Falls, WI and 142 recruiting locations. The contractor must collect government‑furnished print files via FTP, adhere to GPO Level 2 QA, notify the ordering agency on ship/delivery, and submit invoicing with a completed W‑9.
