Concrete and Aggregates Master BPA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for concrete and aggregate supplies for the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) facilities over the next five years. The BPA will have a total capacity of $5,000,000, and individual requirements will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The contractor will be responsible for delivering concrete and aggregate supplies to various ERDC locations, including Vicksburg, MS, Hanover, NH, and Champaign, IL. The contractor must provide a quote that includes their corporate capacity, key personnel, and past performance information. • The BPA will be for a period of five years or until the total capacity of $5,000,000 is reached, whichever is earlier. • The contractor must have experience in providing concrete and aggregate supplies to government facilities. • The contractor must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality supplies on time and within budget. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the quote due date. • The contractor must provide a completed Standard Form 1449 and pricing schedule with their quote.
