Description
The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking quotes for the procurement of ultra-precise magnetic field measurement sensors, specifically high-performance quantum scalar magnetometers. The requirement is for 4 units, and the quotes will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price. The evaluation factors are: technical acceptability, past performance, and price, with past performance and technical acceptability being significantly more important than price.
• The magnetometers must meet the minimum physical and performance requirements outlined in Attachment 02 — Salient Characteristics.
• The quotes must include a completed Buy American Certificate (Attachment 03).
• The offerors must state in their submission that their quote remains valid until 30 September 2026.
