Dakota County is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish and remove a residential property that includes a house, mobile home, garage, barn, several outbuildings, and three septic systems, as well as to handle associated environmental and site‑restoration work. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, permits, and disposal services, including asbestos abatement, erosion‑control BMP installation, temporary road matting, and final site grading and seeding. The work must be completed by the end of 2026, with a lump‑sum quote due by early October.
• Demolition of multiple structures (house, mobile home, garage, barn, sheds, etc.) and full removal of materials.
• Asbestos abatement (Category II non‑friable ACM) and hazardous‑waste disposal must be included in the bid.
• Installation of erosion‑control measures, septic‑tank removal, temporary‑road construction with mat removal within six months, and site restoration to county standards.
• All permits, fees, taxes, and disposal costs are the contractor’s responsibility; payment is made within 35 days of invoicing.
