ITB No. 26-2978-6EAR - Laburnum Avenue – North and South Sidewalks

The Henrico County Government is soliciting bids to construct new sidewalks along both the north and south sides of Laburnum Avenue, including ADA‑compliant curb ramps and pedestrian crosswalks. The work spans approximately 6,700 linear feet of sidewalk, connecting to existing pedestrian infrastructure at both ends of the project corridor. • North Sidewalk: ~2,500 ft between Audubon Drive and Williamsburg Road, with ADA curb ramps at Audubon Drive and connections at Williamsburg Road. • South Sidewalk: ~4,200 ft from 600 ft south of Gay Avenue to the Williamsburg Road intersection, including ADA ramps and crosswalks. • All work must meet ADA standards, integrate with existing roadway features, and be completed under the Department of Public Works oversight.
