Description
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a contractor for the Phase 4 Garage Structural Repair project. This project involves garage repairs in the Faculty Garage 1, North Campus Garages, POB Garage, and WCB3 Garage. The contractor will be required to provide construction services, including project planning and scheduling, quality control, and commissioning. The contractor must also provide a warranty and service support program.
• The project requires the contractor to have experience in construction services, including garage repairs and structural repairs.
• The contractor must have a safety management program in place and be able to provide past performance information on similar projects.
• The contractor must be able to provide pricing and delivery schedules, as well as a schedule of values and scope narratives and descriptions.
• The contractor must be able to complete the project within the specified timeframe and budget.
• The contractor must be able to provide proof of certification that they are not delinquent in the payment of any franchise tax status.
• The contractor must be able to provide a complete response to the criteria for selection, including safety management program, ability to provide construction services, qualifications, past performance on projects, and project planning and scheduling.
