Alief ISD Steven Lloyd Ness Natatorium Addition and Renovation Project

The Alief Independent School District (AISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for construction services to renovate the existing two‑story Steven Lloyd Ness Natatorium and add a new weight‑room on the first floor. The scope includes demolition, removal or relocation of existing equipment, structural modifications, installation of metal wall panels (alternatives provided), plumbing and trench work for new pool plumbing, concrete pour‑backs, repair of temporary metal bleachers, and integration of building management and control systems within an owner‑provided allowance.
