Davidson River Campground Brevard Sewer Project

The project involves replacing the existing Schenck Job Corps pump station and existing force main to connect The Davidson River Campground and Pisgah Ranger District facilities north of US 276 to the City of Brevard Wastewater Collection System. The project aims to address the failing infrastructure and reduce sewer surcharges and Sanitary Sewer Overflows. The contractor will be required to commence work within 5 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete the entire work within 270 calendar days. • The project requires the replacement of the existing pump station and force main. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution. • The contractor must provide a technical approach, including a description of the work to be performed and the methodology to be used. • The contractor must provide a completed Past Performance Questionnaire and/or CPARS Evaluations. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment and performance bond requirements.
