Y1PZ--Fayetteville National Cemetery, Columbaria and In-ground Cremains Burial Expansion (VA-25-00092710)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation for the expansion of the Fayetteville National Cemetery, including the installation of columbaria and in-ground cremains burial sites. The project will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns, and only verified SDVOSB firms will be eligible to submit an offer. The basic scope of work includes the installation of all work as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Key features of the project include: • Expansion of the cemetery to accommodate additional burials • Installation of columbaria and in-ground cremains burial sites • Site work to prepare the area for the expansion • Compliance with VAAR Part 819 and other relevant regulations The project is expected to be valued between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
