Description
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Youth in Transition Independent Living Skills Coach services. The contract term is 3 years with up to 2 one-year renewal options. The contractor will be responsible for providing independent living skills coaching to youth in transition. The evaluation process considered factors such as bidder experience and past performance, education and qualifications, staffing and training, program implementation, and vendor question worksheet. The award recommendation is based on the best value to the State of Michigan, considering technical evaluation points and price.
