South Region Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)

The Federal Highway Administration, Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division, is seeking proposals for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for highway, street, and/or bridge construction services in the South Region of the United States. The contract will have a shared-ceiling value of $60,000,000.00, and individual task orders are expected to fall within the price range of $50,000 to $3,000,000. The seed project is a roadway reconstruction and resurfacing project in White County, Arkansas, and is expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 - $2,000,000. The work may include gravel or natural surface roadway and trail rehabilitation, asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete pavement construction, and other services. • The contract is open to small business concerns only. • The proposal due date is November 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST. • The contract will be administered by the Federal Highway Administration, Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division. • The MATOC will have a shared-ceiling value among all IDIQ contract holders of $60,000,000.00. • Each individual task order is expected to fall within the price range of $50,000 to $3,000,000.
