Description
This acquisition seeks up to three firms to provide maintenance dredging, clearing, and snagging services for the Ohio River lock facilities and open channel areas within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers districts of Nashville, Louisville, Huntington, and Pittsburgh. The contract is a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions, for a total possible duration of five years, and a shared Not‑to‑Exceed ceiling of $45 million for all task orders. Offerors must demonstrate technical capability, equipment availability, past performance, and a small‑business participation plan. Submissions are electronic via the PIEE Solicitation Module, and respondents must be registered in SAM.
• Base period = 1 year; up to 4 optional 1‑year extensions (max 5 years)
• Total NTE for all task orders = $45 million
• Up to three awardees; evaluation based on technical capability, equipment, past performance, and small‑business participation
