Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the provision of trailers. The successful vendor will be required to provide a 2025 101” 12’ SnoPro Xtreme Open Trailer (or equivalent) with various features such as track mats, ski guides, mounted spare tire holder, and more. The trailer should be delivered to the New Hampshire Fish & Game Department in Concord, NH. The vendor should provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products covered by RSA 277-A, the “Worker’s Right to Know Act.” The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and add/delete items/locations to the contract.
• The trailer should meet or exceed the required specifications as written.
• The vendor should provide a completed bid form with all required information.
• The vendor should provide contact information for a person knowledgeable of and who can answer questions regarding this bid response.
• The vendor should provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products covered by RSA 277-A.
• The vendor should comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county or municipal authorities.
