Description
The Anne Arundel County Public Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and install a complete dance‑floor system at three secondary schools. The work is turnkey, covering site surveys, demolition of existing flooring, installation of a vapor barrier, Stagestep™ Springstep IV subfloor, Timestep™ vinyl surface, wall bases, transition ramps, and final warranty documentation. The contractor must follow the manufacturer’s installation guide, use approved adhesives, work within school hours, and provide all labor, materials, disposal, and safety measures.
• Survey each studio, report modifications, and obtain approvals.
• Remove existing vinyl and sub‑floor, supply dumpsters, and handle disposal.
• Install the full Stagestep™ system (vapor barrier, sub‑floor, flooring, seam tape, wall base, ADA ramps) using semi‑permanent adhesive.
• Deliver warranty paperwork, conduct a final walkthrough, and offer maintenance guidance.
