The U.S. Government is seeking to lease warehouse space in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. The space must have a minimum of 70,000 square feet and a maximum of 112,677 square feet, with 4,502 square feet of office space and a warehouse yard with a minimum of 18,360 square feet and a maximum of 30,000 square feet. The space must also have access to loading docks with a dock height of at least 12 feet, a minimum ceiling height of 24 feet, and the ability to accommodate a truck turning radius. The lease will be for a term of 15 years, with a firm term of 10 years.
