The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified owners or developers to lease a fully‑served warehouse space in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. The lease must provide 60,000–75,700 ABOA square feet of single‑floor warehouse with a minimum clear ceiling height of 30 ft, office space of at least 7,125 ABOASF, and meet stringent column‑spacing, loading‑dock, parking, HVAC, fire‑protection, accessibility, ENERGY STAR, seismic, and asbestos requirements. The contract will be a 20‑year term (10 years firm) with termination rights after the firm period and includes a $25/ABOA SF tenant‑improvement allowance. Offers are due 30 Nov 2026, and the selected lessor will receive rent payments over the lease term.
