Description
The City of Madison Traffic Engineering is soliciting bids for 12" traffic signal LEDs to replace existing 12" traffic signal modules. The LEDs should be compliant with both Buy America and Build America Buy America requirements. Bidders should include the specification sheet or vendor and part number of each LED, allowing the Traffic Engineering division to compare with items currently carried in inventory. The bid should include pricing information for the following items: Green Ball 15Yr, Red Ball 15Yr, Yellow Ball 5Yr, Green Arrow 15Yr, Red Arrow 15Yr, Yellow Arrow 5Yr, Green Bike, Yellow Bike, and Red Bike.
• The bid should be delivered price only.
• All bids must be compliant with both Buy America and BABA requirements.
• Proof of compliance must be submitted along with the bid.
• Lead times are required to be entered with the bid.
• The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, in whole or in part.
