Statewide Sponsor-A-Highway Program

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a qualified Offeror to market and administer a Sponsor-A-Highway Program. The program allows individuals, businesses, and organizations to sponsor selected segments of Missouri highways by paying a contractor to perform roadside maintenance services on their behalf. The primary service is litter and debris pick up, removal, and disposal, but may also include landscaping, turfgrass management, graffiti removal, and other highway maintenance services. The successful Offeror will be responsible for recruiting and securing sponsors, performing litter service at no cost to MoDOT, and designing and installing sponsorship signs. The contract period will be for three years, with the option for two one-year renewal periods. * Key responsibilities include: * Marketing and administering the Sponsor-A-Highway Program * Recruiting and securing sponsors * Performing litter service at no cost to MoDOT * Designing and installing sponsorship signs * Maintaining and replacing signs as needed * Ensuring compliance with Missouri laws and regulations
