Bid ITB #26-7952 - On Call Window Service and Replacement Services – SWR120 VER. 2.0

Spokane County is seeking qualified commercial window companies to provide on-call window service and replacement services for various county facilities. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation, compliance with safety standards, and timely response to service requests. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for the county to renew. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must meet the county's bidder responsibility criteria. • The contractor must have a current Washington State Contractors License Number and a Washington Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number. • The contractor must have industrial insurance coverage for its employees working in Washington. • The contractor must not have any lawsuits with judgments entered against it within the last five years that demonstrate a pattern of failing to meet the terms of contracts. • The contractor must not have any claims filed against its retainage or payment bonds that demonstrate a lack of effective management.
