Description
The Rabun County Board of Commissioners is seeking contractors to submit a lump sum bid for the Rabun County Courthouse Renovation construction project. The project includes all needed finish site work, retaining wall, paving, curbs and gutters, concrete and masonry, mechanical, electrical, painting, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, and all other scopes of work needed for the renovation.
• The building will be constructed per plans and specifications.
• Sealed bids will be received by the Rabun County Board of Commissioners until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2025.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 10 AM at the building site.
• Reproducible PDFs of all bidders' documents will be emailed to all qualified bidders who request them.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
