The City of Columbus Public Safety Department is seeking a vendor to provide forensic gun‑shot‑residue (GSR) collection kits that meet exact specifications. This is a single‑source, direct‑replacement procurement; no alternate products or modifications are permitted. The vendor must be registered to do business in Ohio and have no unresolved audit findings. Delivery of the kits is required by early August 2026.
